“The Frequency of Money: What’s in Your Wallet?”

An insightful client asked me about the frequency of money. Perfect timing actually with the end of the year financials, taxes, and of course the holidays, the consumer crazy spending spree of the year. January’s VISA and Master Cards bills reflect the high debt we put ourselves into for the sake of presents. The basis for these special Gifts is to honor the three wise men who each brought ONE gift a piece to the infant Jesus. Then somewhere in time, (ohhh great movie title 😉) some marketing genius threw in Santa and all his elves to celebrate the holidays and magically we have gifts galore. What a brilliant idea to improve year end sales. Add in Kwanzaa and Hanukkah and it’s a grand celebration.

Money. Sales reports. Revenue increases. Business. Consumerism. IRS.

But really what is money? For me, it’s not the root of all evil, as decried by so many. Money like everything else, is a frequency, a perception, a construct of the reality we’ve created. It’s an exchange, a currency of trade, for services or items rendered. Simple.

I believe we have a financial world view on the definition of money and wealth or lack thereof. Then we move to the separate countries and their perceptions of wealth and poverty. Next we move to states, provinces, territories and cities, towns, villages, communities. There the money barometer falls onto the family unit and the individuals in it. There is group consciousness wrapped around a bundle of bills and there are individual beliefs. They’re all valid because it’s what we believe is true.

Back to his question:

“We live in a vibration based universe. (Everything in our world is frequency, vibration, waveform. This is science.) Money has a specific vibration. We use money to buy things we think will make us happy, however, we have to be on the vibration of money to use the Law of Attraction, “Like attracts Like,” the “Law of Magnetism.” So is the vibration of money, happiness? Wellbeing? Joy? Freedom to choose, fun, excitement?”

Great question right?

Before I answer, think about this. We tend to believe our self worth is equated to the amount of money we have in our bank accounts, our wallets. We somehow have more value. Those who have more money than we do must be better, smarter, be more well versed to make political decisions, are more powerful. Wow! Yet, here’s the kicker. It’s been proven the middle class is a happier lot. Personally, I’ll take Happy.

So, what is the frequency of money? I believe the frequency is what we make it. What we believe money offers will probably relate to our neighbor’s in regards to housing, food, a car to drive, seasonal clothing, then from there, the beliefs alter and shift. Many have poverty consciousness and can never rise above that frequency, or overspend what they do have on frivolous things or destructive habits. Or our belief is hard work “pays” off. No matter what the story is, it still breaks down to our beliefs on money and what it represents. This falls back on their own sense of personal value. It’s like sex. How we value ourselves is how we play out sex. How we value ourselves is how we play out money. How we feel inside determines our happiness.

Value:

Noun 1. the regard that something is held to deserve; the importance, worth, or usefulness of something. Synonyms: worth, usefulness, advantage, benefit, gain, profit, good, help, merit, helpfulness, avail.
2. a person’s principles or standards of behavior; one’s judgment of what is important in life. Synonyms: principles, ethics, moral code, morals, standards, code of behavior.

Verb 1. estimate the monetary worth of (something).

The question is one to pose to yourself? What does money represent to you? Is it time for a financial reboot to your system? How do you value yourself? What are your financial priorities?

My belief is money equates to freedom. Freedom to share, extend benefits and goodies, travel. Prosperity for me is the richness of friends and family, the beauty of a sunset, the Milky Way glowing brightly on clear nights, walking through fresh snow, hiking in the mountains. Laughter. Money is my avenue to arrive at those destinations. Happiness comes from within. People’s that live simplistically are some of the happiest on the planet. I choose the happy internal frequency to equate with the value and exchange of money.

Money is a frequency of belief. (And ironically now more than ever it’s just a ledger of numbers on a computer screen.) Fine tune our thoughts towards positive self value and watch how (financial) abundance increases as good decisions are made. Like attracts like.

Cosmic sunshine to you.
