“Expand Your Wings”

Dragonfly watercolor by Sheila Stephens, Sherwood, Oregon.I have been motivated and inspired by a client turned friend, whom I had the pleasure to meet a year ago at an event where I spoke to a large group in Portland. She sat in the front row, smiled and graced me with her support and joy and then took the time to introduce herself after the lecture. We’ve expanded the initial introduction to sessions and insights and mutual respect.

What is important to share is Sheila Stephens incredible generosity of spirit, love and wealth. She constantly is a reminder of what we can be and do by putting our focus on what is truly important in our life. With loving encouragement Sheila has re-embraced painting with zeal and creativity. She has been a whirlwind of activity, brushes and paint swirling, her dreams her inspiration.

It hasn’t always been this easy. Sheila lost her loving husband eight years ago from a hit and run accident. Here today and literally gone the next second. Turned her life upside down. Prior to this, she had immense health problems that kept her couch-ridden for years while raising two sons. And yet through despair, grief and illness she has managed to see above the clouds, raise her vision to embrace the wonder of life, and place it on paper.Watercolor by Sheila Stephens, Sherwood Oregon

In addition to this she shares her wealth with others, literally gifting them intuitive sessions for inspiration and healing. She brings extra light onto the planet just by being herself, with no pretense, no expectations, centered in forgiveness and love and immense generosity of spirit.

We can all learn from her willingness to share, give, create and be.

I invite each of you to reach inside yourself, pull out any creative devises which motivate you whether it be a paint brush, pencil, shovel, trowel, spatula, pen and paper, scissors, beads, cookie sheet, cake pan, old furniture, old cars, seeds, note cards, a camera – whatever inspires you to awaken your creative spirit igniting your artistry and soul-FULL nature. Have fun as it’s nearly holiday season; what a fun way to give to those you love.

Actually, I’m pulling out my personal paints and brushes to spend some creative time with spirit and self. I invite you to expand your wings and do the same.

October 28th 2011 or December 21/2012?

Today is 11/1/11,  a day of 1’s or a 7 (1+1+1+2+0+1+1=7). A significant day of new beginnings (1) coupled with a high level of spirituality and a deepening of our inner connection with the universe (7). A perfect day to write about grand cycles.

What if the 28th of October was the astronomical turning point all the predictions have been postulating rather than the 21st of December 2012? In exploring further Vedic texts and information, their cycles are similar to the Mayan though specific dates are not always in alignment. There are those that believe this past week, the 28th was the turning point in the cosmos. If this is so, what would that mean and what would it look like?

I am in belief that we literally turned the corner on our journey on the cosmic highway, though for visual sake, I feel we’re like a train going round a bend or rather a large dragon prancing around a mountain. The head or engine has turned the corner but the caboose or large unpredictable tail is still following, possibly creating havoc as it moves. This elliptical corner doesn’t happen over night, but is a gradual change and movement of planets, orbits, energy and stardust. Thus I feel this next year starting from this moment, still has some pretty wild adventures in store on all fronts from  geopathic stresses and earth faults/volcanic activity,  geopolitical strife and change, to economic realigning with higher values. In the midst of these vast changes is human consciousness evolution. In truth, the Vedic texts reveal that 25% of the populace expands consciously in the culmination and apex of grand cycles , however 75% remain in unconscious darkness emerging, shifting or stagnant. (Leaves a lot of room for potential though doesn’t it?)

What makes this shift so significantly different from the past four grand cycles is we have two movements aligning at the same time. This is what is predicted in the Mayan calendar. (Did you realize the stone calendar represented as the Mayan is actually Aztec?) The two grand events are: (1) this alignment with the center of the Milky Way, where the earth’s elliptical is now moving back to the source, and (2) the full cycle of the Precession of the Equinoxes, (Graham Hancock explains this well in Heaven’s Mirror) which takes 26,ooo years give or take 400 years, for the earth to move through all the signs of the zodiac. (In the big picture 400 years is nothing; to us, 400 years means the beginning and end of an entire culture). From what I have read, this is the first time both events have lined up at the same time in the heavens; this is significantly special. We are able to view, participate and play within an astrological/astronomical event which sparks waves of energy to all corners of the solar system, galaxy and universe. What impacts the one, impacts the whole.

Personally will our lives change significantly on the day to day routine? Unless you have been devastated by the economy, war, famine and/or death, our daily calendars probably won’t be impacted in the way the magicians (The Ascension prognosticators or ‘dooms-dayers) have been saying. In other words, life will move forward in a nice, peaceful way, or dramatic if you choose. How I do see the ‘Return to Source‘ as impact-ful is, how we individually see ourselves as an integral piece of the puzzle; a vital element full of life and resources, innovation, creativity, endurance, civility, benevolence, and gratitude. I feel our belief in ourselves is changing to fully understand the larger dynamic of the integral connection with all life. To me, this is what 10.28 or 12/21 is about. Understanding our part of the story and making our part, our role that much more significant, worthy and truthful.

‘The Ellipitical Curve: A Return to Source’

Have you ever noticed sometimes it may take hearing or reading or seeing something twelve times before it literally sinks into the gray matter on the thirteenth? I know this is not untypical in our learning curve, however it is always an epiphany when it happens again. I was reading Greg Braden’s “Fractal Time” about 2012. I have read many books on the topic, went to Cancun Mexico for a week event wrapped around the Mayan code, listened to great speakers, and yet discovered in Braden’s book the best visual I have had  on understanding our location relative to the cosmos.  And this was in the introduction.

We are nearing the end of a cycle, gearing to begin a new one, not ending the calendar, but creating the next chapter. It’s really that simple; I have always believed it thus – though I do love to watch the fearing-mongering going on in the media of the ‘end of days’  as a way to generate big money; it always works too. It’s rather comical if you don’t buy into it.  What Braden describes in clear detail, is our ‘position’, relative to our solar system, the galaxy and the universe, and what this means physically earth-wise in our rotation through the heavens. It corresponds with the ‘Procession of the Equinoxes’, the virtual tour through the zodiac over the course of a 26,000 year period. “Physically, our solar system is moving through the shortest path of an orbit that looks like a flattened circle, an ellipsis whose far end carries us to the most distant point from the core of our home galaxy, the Milky Way.” We are nearing the apex, the farthest point and destination, and will begin the return after the final date of December 21, 2012. (I’m not sure if I’m totally on-board with the exact date as it is far too simple – the solstice – and convenient, especially with all the calendar changes throughout the centuries, however for the sake of handiness, I’m going to run with it at the moment, though will be commenting shortly on October 28th, 2011.) When we reach that ‘bend’ in our road, the curve in the orbit, we literally move toward the light and our true nature, aligning ourselves with the center galactic core of energy (our cosmic center) to which we return. Rather like a horse who knows the road and begins to run towards the barn, we too as humanity are empowered in spirit to gallop towards our home, our source.

We haven’t been on this side of the elliptical in 26,000 years in our evolutionary progression. This is HUGE! An incredible new direction LITERALLY, physically of the earth. Twenty-six-thousand years of being stuck in cycles, beliefs, patterns, boredom, slavery, poverty, war, sickness, travails and pestilence. Imagine too the implications for the planet herself – moving towards the energetic core, instilling the cohesiveness and union of life rather than separation, even for a planet, earth, as she too is alive and ever-evolving.

I feel it is truly important to dig deeply within yourself to discover what is most valuable,  most important, and follow the path of your highest integrity and Light. As the earth makes her pivotal return spin, is your opportunity to truly be who you are meant to be, whether it is a teacher, a carpenter, an engineer, an artist, a stay-at-home-mom, a politician, – whom or whatever – in divine connection to your spiritual core. The key is taking responsibility for it, not expecting entitlement, but rather putting your best foot forward and patiently, lovingly, learning, working and creating your vision.

We are now the cosmic horse running spiritedly, gracefully and in alignment with our highest purpose. Nail on those shoes of empowerment and utilize this moment as a true gift from the Universe. “Think Windows 2050: New Patterns of Consciousness”

World from a New View

Opportunity is knocking; next month we are moving into a deeper alignment with the highly charged magnetic energies around the core of the black hole at the center of the galactic equatorial plane. Yes, this has the ability to create magnetic disturbances and increased agitated vibration to the earth, yet it is time for the earth to be balanced; the crust is in need of the shift these frequencies will bring. Do I fear these changes, especially living in the NW along the Ring of Fire? Not at all.

I feel we are moving into some whopping positive energy; we are at a literal cross-road of probabilities; one where we move into disaster/Armageddon and the other where we move into the possibility of awareness and consciousness. The key is in the ‘probability’ or possible doorway you choose to move through and into.

I’ve read about the secret government experiments with time travel and future ‘viewing’. Many of the reports from these experiments literally see Washington DC under one hundred feet of water by 2013. However, there is a new predominant theme coming out of these remote viewings; a scenario of peaceful cooperation, economic freedom, governments run by and for the people, environmental responsibility and world reconciliation; a new probability. But really how do we get there with the literal media inundation of negative news, deal with irresponsible decisions, are stuck as martyrs and victims, pimps and prostitutes (harsh perhaps but how many do you know who stay in bad relationships/careers based on money? Not to mention our world governments and the institutions that run them?) and see endless mindless dribble at the grocery store?

The key is to hold the visual of what you desire and take your focus OFF the garbage, take action and follow through. See the future you want and the people who uphold the same principals and vibrations will be visible while those who believe in dominance, control, power, greed, pain and suffering will continue to spiral in their own probability factor. This is how this new world is being created by our conscious waking up.

Do I believe everything is going to shift immediately and change? No, but what I do believe is the programming that has held humanity hostage for millennium is disappearing, offering individuals a true opportunity to begin to really hear and actually change what is possible. I really don’t think this patterning has been available to all people up to this time-frame. Yes there have always been a few who have been able to move outside the tarpits of despair and conscious retardation, however for the most part, the patterns have held fast keeping most in gooey dark spiritual isolation. I really feel strongly that as of October 28th (The Vedic Alignment linked with the Mayan Calendar) we have not only a glimpse but an opportunity to finally begin the awakening. For the first time the slate will be cleaned and you will have the ability to reprogram in a whole new line of clear thinking, patterns and aliveness. Think Windows 2050

This is up to you. What do you believe is possible? What do you want to focus on – the up-side of human nature or the horrible transgressions and redresses done to the world? I know this information is nothing new, however, NOW is a huge probability-timing- window-stargate-possibility-new-spin-off happening. I want to be a part of this;  no I AM a part of this and I want you here to share the journey.

Find the bridge, the doorway and enter and move through into the new paradigm and discover a new wave of humanity you have never encountered. This is exciting; the timing is the present.

Alien Tongue; Communicate in a New Language

Life is always fascinating; this past week hasn’t let me down. We have had so much duality/dueling going on it’s plain-ass intriguing. What’s going on in the external world is being reflected in the internal world of relationships. We just had another Republican/ Libertarian/Tea Party debate in Iowa which highlights the disparity we have within the country; the Liberal Left totally hit them hard with their opposing views of what is best from their perspective for the country; rather like the differences in perspective between men and women.  When are we as a nation and couples going to learn we have to move to the center of the balance beam to be successful in negotiating emotional upheavals and expectations on either side? Extremes on either end will bury and annihilate this country, not to mention a personal relationship when one side or the other doesn’t listen to the heartfelt needs and beliefs of the partner and/or opposition and what is ‘good for the whole’.  Each is mirrored  in the other.

If we can’t get along peacefully at home, myself included, then it will extremely difficult for our politicians to get it straight. If we can’t agree as partners, spouses, siblings, friends, we can’t expect more out of Washington. We are so connected now on so many levels there really is no separation anymore. What you put out, emotionally, mentally, sexually etc, guess what? will be back to haunt you rather quickly or support you as swiftly with the equivalent energy. Only problem is, Washington doesn’t know it yet. America is waking up so hold onto your hats as I feel the next year and a half is going to be bumpy. (Will this also be reflected in our personal connections?)

Relationship challenges have been a real study in psychology. The current predominant theme repeatedly is 1. The men are so self absorbed and preoccupied with their own issues/crisis whether they are physical, career and/or mental stress,(trying to keep finances afloat, careers intact, money in the bank for college tuition) they are not emotionally available for the feminine level of communication which invariably begins on the emotional level. 2. The women being over-achievers literally take care of the family (be it children, parents, siblings, co-workers, friends), running of the home (laundry, groceries, food prep and clean-up, house-cleaning, animals, yard-work) to working outside the home to help with the financial burdens, feel resentful for the lack of emotional involvement. The two sides aren’t meeting, not communicating in supportive ways and their personal needs are not being met. The couples (and Political Parties) are stuck in a old paradigm quagmire, with no real solutions on the table. As we are a country divided, we are also couples divided.

The divorce statistics are staggering; 52% which has been on a steady rise; too bad this isn’t the stock market. Women are the main instigators at a whopping 75%. Whew!! Tells us there is a huge shift needed in order for this to change; the question is how do we do it as couples and as a nation. One more interesting fact is men’s brains, whether they are White, Black, Hispanic, Italian, Russian, Chinese, etc, all look the same making it extremely difficult to distinguish race. However the difference between a man’s brain and a woman’s is instantly evident. We are literally constructed so differently our languages are alien to one another. As John Gray said so eloquently, men really are from Mars and women from Venus.

In regards to relationship challenges, first of all in men’s defense, they are working through the end of a belief system which has kept them as the rulers, shakers and leaders of the planet as well as the family. Now they are having to share the role with women. In addition, women are more emotionally demanding in their expectations of behavior, causing unsettled uneasiness in new territory of communication. They are not necessarily doing this willingly, especially for the older generations: Washington D.C. is an exceptional example of this new paradigm. (The younger ones who will be running this country and world are not going to have these issues fortunately as they are already versed in the balance of the masculine and feminine.) Compounding this is the overwhelming overload of economic strife on personal businesses and careers. Being the mental warriors they are, distances them from the emotional connections. This also translates to caring for their bodies; rather than seeing the physical as an extension of themselves, the body becomes a nuisance that needs subsistence rather than nurturing; thus the decline of their health, setting up Pandora’s box of medications, low libido and doctor visits.

With women our need and desire to take care of everyone and everything, being the total overachievers, has created an unhealthy dynamic of rampant breast cancer; we nurture everyone but ourselves. In doing this we actually eliminate the lesson of learning these important chapters invite; we are creating a huge level of co-dependent behavior where no one learns or wins, most importantly ourselves. And nothing changes. (And yes I am talking to myself on this one).  We are the mothers who have created this dynamic and we as mothers can change it! Our body temples become a haven for over-eating and/or eating disorders with food supplementing our emotional needs, rather than our passions. And in the midst of this there still is no communication on the table which will change the schism.

Energetically working with people of course the issues become much more complex as the story unfolds of their soul’s journey through this life and others. We have such a complicated complex of attributing aspects, sometimes it’s amazing we communicate at all. Fortunately when we were were created the sexual drive was set up as an interloper to keep us ever moving forward to completion and union, otherwise, I feel our challenges would be greater still.

There are several vital keys I feel are paramount to this huge shift we are experiencing, this is why everything is up-front-in-our-face for perusal, confrontation, communication and change. (Our galactic alignment is October 28th 2011 – and you wonder why things are heating up to boiling?)

1. Everyone’s unique story is vital and worth the time to tell and unfold and support.

2.Learning to communicate in the opposition’s/partner’s language would change the outcome; paraphrase to make sure you have the meanings and intentions correct; this enables you to fully understand their position.

3. State what you need clearly and concisely. Not everyone can read another’s mind. 🙂 Take the time to really understand what it is you do need emotionally if you want it to succeed and last.

4. Be emotionally available to their needs as well as your own. Only when we breathe our own oxygen can we totally feel alive and energized.

5. Listen deeply with your eyes closed and your heart open; it suspends old beliefs and creates new pathways of possibilities.

I realize this is information we all know, however I haven’t seen it being implemented successfully for some time. With the universal  frequencies amping up, these next several months are going to be extremely ‘interesting’ in every aspect, from the political, economical, environmental, national, international back down to the personal. The better prepared you are the more agile and able you will be to jump and dive, dance and converse. Take time for introspection combined with nature walks/hikes. This will integrate the vibrational shifts and open your emotional worlds to speaking in alien tongues. A challenge yes, but oh so worth it.

Beyond the Feminine Matrix

I just finished an incredible reading with a 62 year old woman who’s energy personifies the direction we are heading as a species. Her being is solid, grounded, happy being human, – even with the incredible array of physical challenges she is dealing with;  she’s spiritually normal. In other words, even with her immense awareness metaphysically, she is completely tuned in to the human experience.

Her lifetime matrix has been more male than female by a small percentage, 51- 49%; she chose to be female in this lifetime to embrace and embody the Divine Feminine and… Yet….to balance the male-female within to reflect it without. In other words, she represents the path of moving to the androgynous, the equality within ourselves of combining action with empathy, emotion with intelligence. This is the next evolutionary concept. We’ve had the Divine Feminine in eons past and have been engaged in the patriarchal-male-dominated-rule for thousands of years – 5000 or more.  This next leap is to balance, combine, engage all pieces, aspects, to create a new union within ourselves and the Divine to embrace, yes embrace being totally and completely human. We always talk about being a spiritual being in a human body, but what if we’re a human body with a spiritual being? What if we have it all backwards? What if the earth really is our home, our Eden? And like wanton teenagers who don’t get their way,  have totally screwed up the incredible beauty with garbage, pollution, industrial waste, chemicals, and frequencies which disrupt the natural rhythms, not to mention completely undermining our lifetime adventure opportunities. In discovering our true role, our authenticity, we remember the loving, respectful, intelligent wisdom which has guided us throughout the millennium and reclaim our rightful power and once again take responsibility and clean up our emotional world as we clean up the planet. In doing so we balance the left and the right, the male and the female, the interior polarities that have served our growth, education and expansion. We had to be blind to finally see.

The reason we choose to be here is for the drama, the chaos, the rich emotions, the sensuousness, the expansive variety of literally everything; and you wonder why we are a virtual playground and observation-station for so many other-worldly civilizations? It’s because this is one of the most immensely intense, vastly invigorating places to be on this side of the universe.

My client embraces this philosophy. She is totally happy with her body, even having had a triple bi-pass, diabetes, asthma, and a nerve damage disorder. Every day she is grateful for being alive and embracing and sharing all she has learned. She is the new paradigm; being happy being human with all the colorful aspects from childhood to old age. She lives with no judgment yet with clear insight as to what works and what doesn’t. She is what we are striving to recognize within ourselves.

This is the beginning of enlightenment and beyond karma; loving who we are as humans

Navigating the Major Stresses

Memorial WeekendLife can be an interesting ride. Even with all our positive and happy thoughts we can still manage to hit a few boulders as we navigate life’s river. When it gets right down to it, sometimes all we feel we can do is steer, hope and pray for the best.

And yet, that’s not really how I feel, even though my current life situation might dictate otherwise. Two weeks ago, my husband whom I adore, had a stroke, at our cabin which is an hour an a half from town. Fortunately I”m grace under pressure and know how to handle a crisis, due primarily to the multiple trips to the emergency with my children – all 15 major emergencies. (and yes I have two boys). With a stroke victim, you have three hours to get them to the hospital before things are irreversible; not knowing which part of the brain the stroke is occurring, the ability to introduce medications that can help mitigate the impact is extremely important. I also learned something new. If you realize a person is having a stroke there are two things you can do that can help. One is to use arnica at any level – 6c, 30c or 200c to help with inflammation, stress and  healing of the tissues. The other is strong coffee laced with alcohol, rather like an espresso Irish coffee. The combination of the two is supposed to help the blood vessels open and expand and have similar effects as the drugs you will receive in the hospital. Interesting info. To be honest I didn’t have any of that handy at the time. (Guess I need to travel with a packet of Starbucks instant coffee and a small bottle of bourbon; might be interesting if I were stopped by the police.) I realize most people won’t ever need to know this information, however with our populace ever growing older it’s good to know.

To me the bigger issue in this situation or any other major stressful consequence is how we deal with it and what we learn in the process. And the other vital piece is dealing with the stress itself, something we tend to ignore in the face of minute by minute decisions and the aftermath. Stress; to me is the biggest killer or attribute to major illness, period. It’s the mental and emotional stresses that take their toll on our physical bodies that contribute to early death and/or some form of dis-ease. I see it over and over again! Ironically, my husband would have told you he wasn’t stressed, even on the way to the hospital. Realizing what is, is the biggest challenge.

Our stresses are housed in various parts of our bodies, but the most likely on an immediate level, is in our adrenal glands, those happy guys that sit on top of our kidneys and take in all those nasty emotions, mental gyrations and physical gymnastics we deal with.  Recognizing the additional stresses depleting our energy is the first step for relief and change. The second is to do something about it.

Physically: allow yourself to sleep more, sleep in as much as your life will allow, if only on the weekends. Make sure you are eating enough proteins to keep your energy up and stable. Take extra vitamins for strength and rejuvenation: B’s, C, Siberian Ginseng, DHEA, Licorice to name a few. Take time to exercise, run up a mountain if you can.

Mentally: take time to breathe during the day. Relax, look outside a window, walk in the woods, read a funny book, watch a great movie. Meditate for clarity and freedom of thinking.  If  your career is the problem child find ways to circumnavigate the challenge and/or seek a new position.

Emotionally: allow yourself to cry, grieve,  laugh, or ponder as you recover from the impact of life’s circumstances.  Finding a good friend or family member to lean on is also extremely beneficial.

I realize this sounds simple, perhaps a bit trite, or you’ve heard it before; but guess what? It’s life. We all deal on a regular basis with stress in some form. Look at my honey, a stroke at 55 when he didn’t feel there was any stress. (I can see the future really well but I sure  didn’t see this one coming!!) Be honest with yourself and allow some freedom and fun in your daily, weekly routine. It will make a world of difference. And that ‘river’ will be easier to navigate, the huge obstacles more manageable and the still water a graceful interlude. Just remember to take in a rapid or two for the sheer joy of being alive.

“Comfortable in Your Own Skin”

So how do you really feel about your body and that morning reflection before coffee? Are you happy with the photocopy in the mirror or do you avoid all possible contacts with reflected images? In this world of photoshop beauty, botox, breast enhancement, hair replacement, face and body lifts, it is way too easy to become overly critical of the body you see naked or in clothing (- especially with those horrific lights that department stores use. I think they need to call in a lighting expert to help them change their marketing strategies. I think I’ll send them my phone number for recommendations.) Wouldn’t it be fantastic to see yourself physically in the same manner you see yourself from the inside?….But you know, it is astonishing to discover many people do not even remotely see themselves from a place of beauty within. In other words, even if the mirror reflected back Athena’s image, the most beautiful figure in all of Greece or Adonis’ ripped physique, they still wouldn’t see themselves as beautiful. Therein lies the biggest challenge of all; seeing the beauty within, so the outside feels compatible: feeling comfortable in our own skin.

Ironically, from a spiritual perspective, we have chosen all the way down to the minutest detail the characteristics of our physical bodies, being short or tall,  the small chest, the wide hips, bald head, big feet, long legs, color of our skin, cellulite, (god forbid I chose this!!) we just forget that aspect upon waking up in the physical world. We choose the body we live in to best reflect all the adventures, challenges, and relationships that will serve us best on our journey. It’s pretty amazing really. Even down to our weakest links; they all serve a purpose for us to experience and expand our perceptions. That’s not always easy to believe when a person goes through ailments and disease based on the supposed genetic pool and/or environment. Again all serve a greater design. (I’m still trying to fathom how cellulite is helping me expand and be a better person but maybe one day I will??!?)

Understanding our intimate and personal part of the artistic design of the body,  frees us from the bonds of blame, guilt and destruction, and places us firmly in the drivers seat of creativity.  In realizing we have had complete imaginative license to design our magnificent bodies, ensures our complete involvement and responsibility for how it’s maintained, loved and cared for; again learning to be completely comfortable in our own skin. Have fun in the knowing; add color, sparkle, design, function, strength.

Comprehend how this changes things; if you designed your physical body/home/shelter, then it is up to you to enhance the interior and exterior to one of balance, harmony,  radiance and love. Enjoy your ability to redesign the image presented to you each day with a smile of gratitude for your amazing skills and abilities to formulate such a fantastic place to dwell. It’s in the responsible knowing, the future changes.

Parallel Lifetimes in the Current Century

"Relections of you"In my world of energy shifting and extra perception,  I travel on a regular basis in and out of time, into the past and future. I also check in with those souls who no longer embody physical bodies.  Being a part of the greater dynamic emphasizes the time illusion we have created to maintain a stream of consciousness through the millennia; we’ve needed to form a straight line of past to present to maintain continuity. I do believe and know to be true, all time is simultaneous, therefore a soul can choose which time frame in which to be born; in other words, if a part of your consciousness chooses to express itself in 1951 USA, 1749 France,  1268 Russia,  870 China, 490 Chile, 314BCE Greece, 10,257 BCE Bimini, those many aspects of yourself are alive and well in each incarnation – now, each growing, learning, expanding and influencing your ‘present’. (And please don’t get too technical with the names of places; we all know the names didn’t all exist at that moment; they are reference points.)  The interesting point is this; even those in the metaphysical belief systems don’t contemplate or even consider other possible aspects of them-selves living in the current time zone. In other words we can have multiple aspects of our soul incarnated at this point in the time map of stories and history.

I have found multiple lifetimes being expressed in certain time frames  due to the multi-layering of events, consciousness and beliefs of that time zone coupled with soul contracts of the individual in relation to other souls living in that sphere. It’s fascinating. (Imagine discovering a dozen aspects of yourself living at the ‘turn of the 20th century). In other words, there are multiple ‘you’s’ on the planet now. Interesting thought. I know there are writings about running into a parallel self, however how many of us really contemplate that event? Not many.

I feel there are multiple layerings happening currently due to the consciousness shift we are experiencing. I feel many are ready to be ‘off the karmic wheel’ and into the greater dynamic of “Light”, therefore having multiple pieces of ourselves experiencing this reality, enables our soul to further its ability to transform and transcend exponentially, as each influences the other.

An invitation I present is to move your consciousness outward around the globe and extend it to your greater ‘soul expression’ and discover any new thoughts, ideas, beliefs that offer greater clarity on perspective. As you understand more, embrace the best within, forgive those hidden corners and merge into greater unity, draw the higher consciousness back into your current self.  This expansion will open up portals of understanding within and help you to feel more integrated, more whole and most importantly more at peace with yourself and the world. As the old say goes; ‘We are all One”.

The Wizard of HAARP

Incredible, the storms that have ravished the U.S. as well as the rest of the planet. Here in the NW, it has been of Biblical proportion the rain we have received over the last season; the snow levels in the mountains are deep. Even California has officially declared the drought is over. Is this normal, the changes and radical earth cataclysms, is this cyclical or is there more to the story? Is this the product of Global Warming? Is this related to 2012 predictions and the huge transformations expected?

Do I believe in ‘Global Warming’ – to be honest I believe mankind has definitely altered the weather and the toxicity of our environment; there is no denial the ozone has been depleted. Global warming? Not sure if it really fits the bill. I feel there is much more involved, not to mention I feel much has been kept hidden from view.

As to 2012, I do believe we are in the midst of a giant shift in consciousness which is also having a heyday with the giant shift that Gaia herself is going through. It’s multi-dimensional, multi-leveled and multi-impacting on geography, environment, society, health, family and the economy; all aspects of being human.

Were Japan’s earthquake and subsequent tsunami related to HAARP’s frequency blasts? From an intuitive and intellectual perspective, energetically it feels we are living in Oz, the Wizard happily pulling the strings behind the curtain creating all kinds of wild scenarios. I can feel and hear the high pitch of the HAARP frequencies from time to time in the back of my brain and I feel more tired. I always have energy so for me to feel tired is an anomaly; the frequencies are messing with the electro-magnetics and grids of the body. I feel the frequencies cast out across the planet have great impact on the human immune system as well as all aspects of nature. www.haarp.net/

In reality it doesn’t matter if you believe in HAARP or not, the truth will reveal itself eventually as all truth does. What does matter is how you feel as you live each day; are you happy, healthy and full of energy? Or do your frequencies feel tired, depleted and overwhelmed?

From an energetic point of view, the key is to raise your vibrations ‘Above’ the lower energies so you can thrive. How do you do this? On some levels it is complicated, however for brevity and my belief we have to ‘fix this NOW’, I will offer several tools.

1. Eat well; period. Pay attention to what goes into your body for fuel as all food IS frequency.
2. Exercise (yes I know I’m a broken record).
3. Through repeated visualizations, see yourself above the clouds, seeing things from above so the cross-wires of pulsing energetic misfires pass you by and no longer impact your body and mind.
4. If needed, look into an electromagnetic device that helps ward off such frequencies which is also beneficial for cell phone pollution. There are many to choose from online.
5. Take action and find out more about what is happening behind the scenes. Find out who the ‘wizards of destruction’ really are by doing research and not believing everything you read…… Even this – if it doesn’t speak to you.

In the meantime I will see you above the clouds, flying high catching those glorious sunrises and amazing sunsets.
