How to view 'time' from a new perspective

I truly believe time is crunching. What used to be a full twenty-four hours in the day, dropped to around eighteen in the 90’s, and is now somewhere averaging around ten. I realize that sounds bizarre and weird, however it is not just older adults that feel this time constraint but also kids, teens, young adults.

I read years ago the earth is rotating on an elliptical around the sun that is elongated and oval. As the earth swings closer to the sun,  on the narrow part of the elliptical, it creates the illusion time speeds up, when in reality, the orbit creates the opposite. The earth is also aligning astronomically with the center of the Milky Way, (a once every 26,000 years event) which has been noted in times past to create an astounding shift in awareness and consciousness. Now couple this with the explosion of information overload, where we are expected to do, produce, learn, be, act, create and follow, married to the working environment where we have to earn enough cash to pay our bills and live comfortably – and you wonder why we have a large number of the populace irritable, depressed and/or obese.

How do we deal on a daily basis with the sense of ‘little‘ or ‘no‘ time to do and or deal with things? The key is perception added to intention. With clear intention create a space outside of time. Literally move your hands in front of you as if opening a door, walk in (either physically or in your mind’s eye), and see this space, this room as having everything you require to do your job or task or event in a timely, reasonable way, with happy balanced energy. See the tools around you to enliven and enrich the experience. Keep that vision as you open your eyes in your actual physical world, yet with the energy of the ‘perfect space outside of time’.  Go about your tasks and duties, evenly and joyfully, expecting the best outcome. You are moving yourself into your own best personal flow. At the end of the day, or event, close your door into your special workroom knowing you can return and create a natural rhythm to your assigned tasks, moving through and finishing them ‘on time‘.

With time and development you will be amazed at your performance and creative powers. Your ability to balance your life in a new paradigm of thinking is but a doorway away.
