I love it when the stars align and better yet when people and ideas merge. It creates this synergistic whole-ness uniting everything together under one sky.

Several weeks ago, I wrote Zen Star Dancing. I have been working at bookstores and expos sharing this blog to my lecture and workshop attendees….. I am visualizing sharing “Stardust” globally……. One gentleman from Portland, Nickolas Carroll, who attended a Portland lecture, shared “Take That’s” music video with me of “Greatest Day”.

I invite you to watch it and see all the “stardust” being scattered. It’s a super visual  reminding us of the sparkling reality we have the ability to create. Thank you, Nicholas!

Taking it one step further, what is in your Greatest Day? What are the key elements, the super ingredients, that would combine to a golden perfection, simmering till the last moment of the experience? I have found they are not the huge additives, the expensive fixings, but rather the pure simple fundamentals of life; family, friends, rich laughter, and sharing activities such as music, games, stargazing and campfires and physical activities such as hiking, skiing, both water and snow, and biking. But those just happen to be my passions, my joys. Discovering yours is a marvelous exploration of colors, scents, sounds and bursts of energy.

Of course combined with Stardust will make any event, occurrence and experience magical. Sprinkle on.
