Everyone accepts “prayer” as a global religious and spiritual invocation, a personal practice, a go-to communication link to a Higher Authority. We request in our prayers for our fears, pain, loss and suffering to be removed or lessened by Divine Force intervention. But what if what we classify and identify as prayer today is but a thread, a glimpse of what was originally created, a limited reminder of what was once a more direct communion of spiritual essence?
Think about it. Animals don’t pray. They just are. They are already essentially hooked-up to Source without the need for externalizing. They are connected through cellular vital force by the sheer fact they are alive. Nature is cyclically interwoven as a spiritual mirror into the greater “nature of reality,” an annual reminder of life, death and return once again. Humanity is the only one who has distanced themselves from their true creative force.
We lost our memories forever ago and are only now beginning to awaken to our greater possibilities. So what if prayer is really only a fragment, a small aspect of original truth? What if the quintessential image of the person in prayer with their hands clasped together over their heart or throat, is but a brief memory of the time-before-time when we as spiritual beings related and communicated everything through our hearts instead of our intellects and spoke our essential truths? Can humanity remember when everything just “was” within as it was with~out, as above, so below? When we didn’t pray because we created and manifested daily without the need to externalize our requests? When we, like nature were connected because we existed in Divine accordance to universal laws.
So what if it were time to reframe “prayer” into daily communion with Source internally, trusting our Divine Nature? No more externalizing, just being.
Just a thought.
Cosmic sunshine to you.
