Last night I was so angry I probably could’ve spit bullets. I’m better today however, I could probably now just spit nails. I haven’t been this angry in years. It’s funny what extreme emotional diress will do to your mind, heart and body. I was shaking internally for hours, my muscles contracting, my joints aching, however I feel as if I could move mountains.
Being the warrior I am, well, my swords come out. I identified years ago how I manage anger, injustice, slander, lies, scurrilous behavior by confronting it head on. I stand my ground, draw a line in the sand, keeping my swords ready to flash the air with honor and truth. Such is still the case; they are not sheathed. I stand guard against further attack by being still, moving into my warrior stance. Being peaceful, alert, ready. It has been my energizer today, my movator to attack projects head on, swirling efficiently and effortlessly towards completion. I am physically and mentally present, completely “here.”
From one perspective, I appreciate the warriors of the world. They’ve been with us since time emmortal. It is hardwired into our DNA. That’s why we still have so much war on the planet. War is a reflection of our inner turmoil, chaos, frustration and injustice we are emotionally working through. That’s why I work so diligently at mindful peaceful resolution at the same time honoring myself and drawing the line. No one has the right to bad mouth another and say slanderous lies without some type of karmic backlash. We also have the right to stand up for ourselves. That I believe is part of our Dharma, our karmic path to wholeness. The more we can identify how to work through extreme confrontations till we find resolution the faster we will move through our karmic debt, thus erasing the karmic wheel.
I invite you all to think about how you do anger? Do you bottle it up, become the volcano, become violent, say horrific things or meltaway into oblivion? Find out how you do battle, as we all have to confront our nemesis at some point in our lives. Understanding how to move through these life- altering portals is essential for our own personal growth and evolution. I recommend looking at how you fight, hold your ground – or not.
We are all important, all vital. The more quickly you learn your battle methodology the faster you can move it into the Peaceful Warrior. And that’s the best place to be.
Cosmic sunshine to you.
