More from my “ABC’s of Being Human” project. This is an excerpt from the E category. I’d recommend going into the dictionary and writing a short quip or poem or story focusing on the letter of your choice as a mental and creative exercise to push those dendrites around. Ironically if you’re in a bad space choose N or O as there are a lot of derogatory human behavioral words waiting to amp the negativity, share the mad highway or sadness that’s in need of capturing. Personally I prefer the happier letters.
