We are nearing the summer solstice, June 21st, the time where the light is the brightest in the northern skies. Using this real life, in-your-face, Light as our metaphor for shining our personal Light, we have a great cosmic op to really align with our beliefs; fear or love. Fear or trust. Fear or courage. Shame or love. Vilifying or love. (These examples are really not an AND situation. These are truly polar opposites. When someone shames another as an example, even a family member, it negates any love. It comes from FEAR. That’s just truth.) Every one of those dark emotions lingering under the surface is in need of seeing the light of day. It’s an opportunity to really assess where those inner fears are within ourselves. Time to air them, let them sit in the Light, clean old frequencies. This really allows us to step up and be clear of past programming.
“Don’t get too close. It’s dark inside. It’s where my demons hide.”
I’m sure you’re like I am, knowing many who are caught in the fear. If you in that camp, wrestling with your inner terrors and fears, please consider addressing the underlying reasons behind them. Write them on a piece of paper, label them, and put them literally in the sun to air out. Let the sunshine cure the ills, the old pains, the dogma that keeps you stuck. This is similar to the ritual of writing things down and then putting them in the fire to burn. Essentially it’s a way of cleansing our beliefs and having them transform into a higher version, their opposites.
To literally change the world we have to change ourselves. We have to ferret out the darkness, the demons, our fears. When we reach for the best within us, loving ourselves, forgiving ourselves, the love spreads to others who also need that mirror, that reflection in their lives. This global crisis is such a mirror into our own hearts. Please consider utilizing it as a wonderful steppingstone to be our best version yet.
Here’s to shining your light Brightly!
Sending out strong immunity, strength, resilience and happy fortitude.
Cosmic sunshine to you.
