Days run by so quickly. Or is it just me? I have felt our 24 hours shrink to 15 and now… I feel we are down to about 12 hours in a day. I realize it’s all illusion however, it’s how I feel. We are so barraged with information on an hourly basis from news, emails, texts, phone calls, and every other kind of social media outlet, it can be inundating. Not enough hours to do it all. My natural tendency is just to procrastinate, walk away, and then move helter-skelter through it. I’ve been imagining a way to organize it in a sane, positive, constructive manner, at the same time keeping a happy attitude and expanding my creative process.
Yesterday, I had a reading with a wonderful woman who is living in Italy. The visual she provided to me was the perfect antidote, the remedy to the situation.
Sit in the sun….
and breathe the sun into your soul…☀
The ancients revered the sun as a God for multiple reasons; it provides life for the planet, creates warmth and energy and fire. This fire we can extend into our beings, into our souls, to grab the potentiality of what is around us. The heat is also soothing, happy, and relaxing, paradoxically invigorating our attitudes. By taking regular moments to sit, breathe in the warmth, down to the cellular-soul level, it can shift our perception of any event, or deadline or demand. It’s the recharge we are clamoring for.
Please consider joining me as I sit in the warm spring sunshine. Let’s grab our highest potentiality, invigorating our souls with laughter, happiness and connection. We too can blossom, in the heat, away from the cyberspace onslaught.
Cosmic sunshine to you.
