Don’t you find it interesting that we can quantify the past, remember stories and historical details, dates and events, yet the future is nebulous and flirty, the calendar stretching into infinity with days yet to be filled? In essence the future is a broad – no – make that a very large unknown. In quantum physics time is an illusion. When we move into that field of potentiality quantum identifies as the creative point of possibilities, time is no longer a factor.
The reason I bring this up is when it gets down to it we’d all like guarantees, absolutes that our futures are defined, bright with adventure and love, riches and long life. We’d like to look at future details and dates and references and make decisions based on foreknowledge and assurances. It’s why the insurance business is so successful. We plunk money down, gambling against the Come Line, to make sure we are safe from some unknown future disaster versus some yet to be experienced triumphs. Irony. We bet on the negatives rather than counting on the good. In coming at life from this angle, we continue creating some unknown future that feels more like this huge wave of humanity pushing through space and time, rolling forcefully like a tsunami, power hungry, with no clear direction or thought of the destruction or cleansing its creating.
I feel that’s why the anxiety rates are skyrocketing, far out-pacing depression as the number one mental disorder. No future guarantees. Personally I believe anxiety is first emotionally triggered from some form of emotional abandonment, disconnection, fear of loss, lack of love. Stories from this life and alternate timelines we have agreed to explore to expand our soul awareness. From there they become imprinted on a revolving record, spinning in our heads on high, impacting our thinking and most importantly our behaviors. Anxieties can rear their ugly heads like a gorgon in a myriad of perpetual bad habits, ticks, habitual negative thinking, insecurities, fears of the grandest order. We stay stuck on a merry-go-round of our own creation, our own thinking, never discovering the why’s behind our neurosises. Bottom line, every disorder in the world is an absence of love. With pure love everything would be in perfect harmony with the music of the cosmos, however that’s not the fabric of this reality. Thus anxiety. The fear of the unknown. We base our lives on what we know to be true or some form of the stories we have told ourselves are true and operate from that premise. We react to situations from our past programming and experiences thereby never living truly in the present.
Back to quantum physics and love, separate entities, yet they are intricately intertwined as both are the building blocks of the universe. To mitigate anxiety and fear of the unknown, to create that future solidness in a world of gaseous fluidity and gaps, we need to wrap our minds, that eternal part of us, around the field of potentiality, opportunity and timelessness. Out and away from fear. When we step into the field in our minds, and I actually see it as this giant gorgeous field of tall grass and wild flowers, the sky bold blue, mountains on the distant horizon, we are in timelessness. We can create anything we desire. We have to imagine it, see it, believe the possibilities. Next wrap ourselves in the pure feeling of love integrating it into every cell of our being. When these two elements combine there is nothing to fear. The future is now. We create it with every breath. Anxiety dissipates as we orchestrate our lives, our destinies filled with deep love, adventures rich in moments and abundance spilling from our pockets.
The field is available now. Every moment. We just have to envision ourselves there. Visualize, meditate. Feel the space.
Add in the love and we’ve the cocktail of the universe.
Cosmic sunshine to you.
