‘Heating Up Globally and Politically: a New Perspective on November 6th’

With 12/21/12 right around the corner, things are literally heating up all over the planet economically, politically, and socially with riots and war-mongering, epidemics and perceived shortages. I feel energetically the earth has turned on her elliptical orbit across the heavens and is at the beginning of the next 26, 000 year cycle of positive resurgence and re-connection with Source. Ironically, here on the planet in 3D, many are still consumed in the chaos. Metaphorically it’s similar to a a train going through a tunnel. The engine is already in the clear, sky visible, however the caboose hasn’t seen the light at the end yet. This is where so many people reside today and is what is heating up globally; the darkness.

We have too many Pterodactyls and Tyrannosaurus Rex’s still in combative power plays for the chaos to die off just yet. Guess we need another Yucatan meteor strike – just kidding; that wiped out the planet 65 million years ago. Think we need another strategy. What we need is LIGHT!

To regress for a moment, I realize on one level the upcoming elections are just a farce, yet it is a farce we created eons ago with the visionary founders of America. The process has been watered down, intermingled with too much power and personal strategy to really be worthwhile, however at this moment it is what we have. I am a believer in working with what is and what is, is, our system is totally screwed up, the people who make the bills, referendums and initiatives as well as impose new taxes, are Senators and Representatives who are above the laws they enforce and impose on the rest of the nation. They’re special remember? The rest of us have to live with our own karma. It is time they do too. Remember think green: recycle congress.

As for the candidates, from an intuitive’s perspective, Barack Obama is NOT the second coming of Jesus, contrary to many of the psychic reports from some of the most respected mediums. I completely disagree. Obama has surrounded himself with a  group of very dark undesirables who have influenced him for four years. His actions speak louder than even his great speaking abilities can outweigh. I voted for him and not in good conscious or integrity could I do it again and live with it. I am not fooled by his oratory skills. His energy is Yellow, pertaining to power and power over others. Many leaders in history  have had this power and energetic pattern, Genghis Khan, Hilter, Lenin. Are you seeing the pattern? It’s about power over others, not instilling power and self empowerment, contrary to what he has spoken. Feel this, truly in your heart center and you will feel the truth of this!

I received this information this  morning. I am on the email list for everything controversial, conspiratorial  and political. We need to know what is going on out there from every perspective so we can be pro-active and conscious!! You make the choice and decision and do not be taken in by gobbly-gook and persuasion. Dismiss what I say if you feel it doesn’t jive with you.

Let’s assume (and we should never ass-ume anything as no one likes to feel like one) but on the off-chance that assuming in this case might offer some light, let’s assume the executive orders are only half correct and the list I have below is 50% accurate, even so, it’s a scary place to be.  What our visionary forefathers created and intended for America is being eroded on a regular basis before our eyes. Wild. That’s why three executive offices were created so no one area or person could control all the strings. What needs to happen is for more people to be aware of what is actually taking place, be mindful of the bullshit and lack of credibility being presented. Of course there are people on both sides of the fence who’s energies don’t jive, however right now since the presidential race is at hand, from a psychic view I must share what I see.

Back to the individual responsibility in all of this; take action. Vote. Be mindful of the candidates; there truly are people who care out there about the state of the union and the world. Help them on their journeys to make our world a happier place to live. Donate time to a cause of your choice assisting other’s to improve their lives. Donate extra cash if you can spare to someone who really wants to do the right thing and be in office. Send light daily to Washington DC to help ‘enlighten’ so many dark souls who thrive on power and the crippling impact ‘over’ others. It is something we can do from our desks, kitchens, car. Just do it, if only for a second; it will make a difference. And listen with your heart and not be swayed by propaganda and rhetoric not to mention designer fashions. And lastly surround yourself with Light everyday so you are speaking your truth from your highest place within.

‘The Proverbial Monkey-Mind-Loop’

It’s amazing how our minds get totally stuck on the same program over and over. Even with all the information we have blazing before us re-minding us to be aware of the proverbial trap, our minds will wrap around the same old topics again and again. Can drive us nuts for sure! Daily, our mind will seek the same files in our brain-computer preparing us for the day. For me, it’s the daily morning getting-ready-ritual – shower, clothes, mirror, make-up, mirror. I can hear my mind (remember this is not the brain-computer) speaking about this aging thing – a new wrinkle here, a sag there, reminding myself that the clock is ever moving forward.

The mind is what we carry with us when we die. The mind is the timeless part of our beings  containing our  memories and emotion, the human aspect connecting to the soul-matrix, with the ego wrapped up in the middle. The brain is our computer where the files are stored, the memories, the codes, DNA, the functioning programs in the human body. We tend to confuse them and act if they are one; fortunately they are not. And the ego is vilified into being the evil-step-sister of Hitler himself, however from my view, we’d never get anything accomplished without the ego pushing us forward to achieve. In reality it comes back to balance between all three aspects.

If we look at the brain as our computer, we can upgrade our software, deleting Windows 96 and re-installing Windows 2020; at least that’s my intention. When we have new programming available, a foundation from which to grow, we have the ability to refocus and move out of the monkey-mind-loop by operating from a higher platform of performance. This is a combo-dance of belief combined with right diet, eggs, avocados, asparagus, almonds, apples, etc, supplements for brain activities such as B complex, D, DHEA, Multi-Minerals and vitamins, Ginko, Omegas 3/6, exercise, and right thought -(could be construed as a magic trick,) a belief and a mantra-of-purpose creating  a daily ritual. It’s a system of being mindful to change the outcome.

To implement this personally and step out of my own monkey-mind-loop, my new theme will be to spell B-E-A-U-T-Y, A-G-E-L-E-S-S, Y-O-U-T-H-F-U-L when I dress and apply make-up, taking me out of my traditional slam-dunk in the morning. Spelling takes the brain to new locations and delivers the definitions already planted in your mind. This allows a new direction for the brain/mind/ego to flow resulting in a new probability factor. And this is a good thing.

I’ll let you know how it goes with the morning magic mirror. A little duct tape might be the answer. It works for everything, right?

The ‘Hunger’

Life tends to fall into categories and subplots with many of us doing the same dance at the same time just in different studios. It’s always interesting to see what behavioral pattern is up and present at any given time-frame for us to recognize and change. Lately it’s been ‘hunger’ or hungering for something deeper, richer, and more fulfilling.

Unfortunately this usually appears in the form of food. We hunger for something richer and instinctively reach for the chocolate cake, cookies, sugary goodies and coffee nudges.  crepecake1.jpg image by mnbakeries Our bodies show us physically what we are craving emotionally. Good news it’s delightfully rewarding at the moment however the repercussions in the long run are not as positive. All those goodies impact our stomach, large and small intestines, colon, liver and overall digestive track. It triggers glucose/insulin responses charging our pancreas with explosive waves of imbalances.The meridians corresponding to those organs become jammed with toxins and the weightiness of heavier energy.

Now I’m not trying to be a Debbie-Downer (apologies to all my truly happy and buoyant ‘Debbie’ friends) however all we have to do is look at the obesity rate around us daily. It’s staggering. Being more responsible for what goes into our systems is the number one step of choice. This doesn’t exclude enjoyment of these decadent splashes of ingredients, spices and love potions, it is about identifying what it is you really crave.

All these instances where ‘hunger’  is the emotional component of the stomach meridian isn’t about food. Instead, it truly is about identifying and stepping into the deeply buried longing- the desire – for satisfying, valuable, honorable, full, fertile, sustaining, flavorful lives rich with love, vibrancy, family and friends. Events filled with conversation and connection. Visits with meaningful people. Trips of substance with learning as part of the package. This is what we hunger for, the connection to the greater aspects of being human. Connection with nature, animals, spirit and universal union.

Next time a rich gorgeous exquisite dessert comes your way, have one bite sending the sensations to your brain you are satisfied, content. This changes the emotional connection to sugar, the addiction,  and the deeply held belief of deprivation and lack of sweetness in your life. Reach deeply to your emotional core and sense where the hunger is, what it is connected to and take action to fill it. This is the key. You-are-the-action neccessary for the hunger to be filled. Only you. You are the resource. It’s easier to walk away from the high caloric treats when you gift yourself with emotional adventures, intoxicating conversation, intellectually stimulating learning, and fruitful time with loved ones. This is where the hunger ends and enrichment unfolds.

The waistline benefits too.

PS And if this is really challenging, think about filling your car at the gas station with pop. How far would it run on gallons of coke? Pepsi? That’s what it is doing to our bodies. It’s all about richness baby! Richness of being.

‘What “Is”‘

All too often we find ourselves wishing and hoping for things to change, be different and something other than what is before us. This can be anything really, from a relationship that has gone awry causing too much stress, to a boring yet demanding job. Our health can be challenged and we long for those days when we felt good and had energy to do activities and hobbies. We seek simplicity due to our lives being overloaded.  In a broader perspective, I visualize a change in our political system from a two party system of overt power and greed to one of democracy focusing on what is in our nation’s people’s best interest. However that is not what ‘is’.

The only way to manifest and create what it is we long for, what our dreams speak to, is to first understand what ‘is’ and work from there. One step at a time. Literally. It is easy to become disillusioned, frustrated, perhaps even angry with where particular events, circumstances and/or relationships are currently.  The first step is to see your part in the story and what you are or not doing to create and persist the situation. The next move is to map out a strategy to improve and change what ‘is’ into what you believe is possible. This takes work. Period. Many people don’t want to have to make the changes necessary for positive results to occur. This could mean a drastic change in diet; food is difficult to give up for many. It could represent a change in position for yourself, learning to exert boundaries, set up goals, send out resumes, be more responsible communicating what it is you need and desire. It could also force you out of complacency and couch-potato apathy into action and becoming the change you desire. Being pro-active at work and joining a committee, signing up for yoga, taking your partner for a weekend get-away to rekindle romance or even setting up counseling to get yourself back on track.

I believe in my heart of hearts, when we come completely clean with ourselves, realize our part, see what is really necessary for change, those steps become quite clear. It’s amazing. The Universe really is on our side when we set the goal, not take the victim mentality and stay true to our highest good. A personal example of what ‘is’,  is,  financially things have been somewhat tight. My book Soul Rays is completed. I decided to hire an amazing editing goddess to help me create the best book I was capable. She doesn’t come cheaply yet I decided to take the financial risk, utilize her vast skills, knowledge and know-how to take the book to the level I have envisioned. Out of the blue our accountant realized we had missed in 2009, a deduction for my older son as a dependent. I signed papers last night for a tax refund of $2000. This will pay for the second half of her bill. Magic I say, pure wizardry, to have pennies or should I say, dollars from heaven arrive at the most perfect time. (We’ll see how long it takes the IRS to send back the cash when they of course want everything in on a timely fashion, but hey!! I’m just being realistic, not pessimistic. I’m dealing with what ‘is’. 🙂

After being in the mountains camping for the month of August and spending time away from computers, internet connection, and social networking, I realized how far we’ve distanced ourselves from what ‘is’ real in the natural world. The next time you have a foggy moment, the road to certainty and clarity seems distant, and dealing with what ‘is’ just isn’t fun anymore, take a moment, an hour, a day in the woods and the path will become clear once again. “Curling Your Toes”

We just watched a lovely and sweetly inspiring movie, Salmon Fishing in the Yemen. I would recommend it if you are in need of summer respite. It is the cultural bonding of two distinctively alien belief systems, the political media hype behind everyday events and blind following of historical despotic terrorists who want nothing to do with the ‘west’.  It paints through visual and wise spiritual metaphors, how to look at life through a new belief-structured lens – opening our consciousness – exploring different angles and directions of what and who we are here to be.

Our protagonist, Ewan McGregor, is bored out of his brain, working in a tightly-wound government position, casting flies at the wall. As the story unfolds, the realization of his overly dull and listless “going no-where” domestic life  seeps into his consciousness, slowly eroding the old patterns and beliefs of what is commonly expected of him. Whew!! As the viewer, it is delightful to watch the unfolding of personality and character as the rigid and smartly coiffed hair gives way to relaxed and casual, the dress looser and more organic, leaving his ‘old’ life behind to offer his immense talents for the manifestation of something grand.

This movie spiritually garners a mirror, thus invoking the question of – ‘where do you sit? where do I sit’ – in the scheme of events as we move through our own personal basic domestic life, repeating the same weekly routines, errands and chores? Is this all there is, do we want something more, are there changes ahead? Before I offer ideas I will add, there are many who are completely happy in their sweet, family-rich environments, where their world is completely full of loving embraces,  menus deep in cultural overtones and vacations steeped in reunions.  And to be honest, when I am personally in the mix of my inner family circle, I too, am completely blissed-out. However, I have had a restless undertone, where I am in need of embracing something bigger, more grand and stimulating, knowing I am making a positive difference  in the world.

I’m not sure if you personally feel this, or if this is just a hunger I have had since I was young. If you do have this niggling, tickling sensation of desire,  I would ask you, if you know what it is you are seeking, what it is you need, to have your hunger satisfied  and satiated. Ironically, I believe this is the question that begs to be identified and answered and most importantly acted upon. Where to begin?

1. Do  you know what it is you are feeling? Why do you feel this way?

2. What motivates you either positively or negatively to take action? (I become cranky every time I see homes where it is nothing but an unofficial junk yard filled with multiple cars, trucks, antique garbage and just plain crap for the rest of us to view – this has always been one of those unsettling private property issues that instills in me ‘action’.)

3. Can you spell it? (I know this sounds funny, however if you can’t identify and spell what it is that Curls Your Toes, I suggest going back to number 1.)

4. Find the steps to make visible and viable what it is that excites you.

5. Be willing to try several hats on in search of the perfect fit; sometimes it takes a few risks, a few mistakes, misguided attempts, wrong sizes to discover the right answer and positive match.

6. Discover fellow travelers who like you, feel the same intense desire to share, participate and be enthusiastically involved in the positive change. Remember though, it can’t involve ‘saving’ – that leads down the path of blaming, taking away personal responsibility -and  leads absolutely no-where. We cannot save anything or anyone; instead reframe it into teaching, educating and showing. This changes everything energetically, re-positioning the outcome.

7. When we step into the bigger picture, dismantling old impregnable (stuck) patterns of going no-where, we embrace a better ‘today’, constructing the grand avenue of new adventurous highways and  developmental bi-ways – side roads of wildly spontaneous moments (which might not have ever occurred) in all your future tomorrows.

8. Every moment we have the opportunity to change, redirect and form a fresh line of probabilities; imagine the potentiality of what is possible when every second we have complete designer control to paint what it is that makes our hearts full. The passport is lined with tickets, maps and itineraries, paints packed, people notified, for the possible adventures to occur.

9.. NOW is the time to let go of the old fears which hold us back – ‘I’m not good enough, I’m not talented enough, I don’t have the skills, I don’t have the knowledge, I’m too old, I’m too young, I’m not handsome enough, beautiful enough, strong enough’ and on and on. Okay, go to school, sharpen your skills, cut your hair, try new make-up, throw out old clothes and mix-up the ones remaining with new color schemes, exercise, and just smile. A genuine smile changes everything! as well as balancing the body’s chemistry from acidic to alkalized.

10. GO, create a new direction today and see what develops in the days ahead. It just might involve saving some salmon and redirecting a new line of belief.

My dream has always been to involved with psychic archaeology. I put out that intention to the universe decades ago, in the midst of growing, changing, expanding my intuitive skills and honing my healing abilities. The timing wasn’t right – till now. Recently I have connected with a gentleman who utilizes infrared photography, who captures on film images from the past, the energies cemented throughout time in the cosmic ether and dimensional ions, faces and architecture of life long ago. We are teaming together to create several projects to capture in photos and in words, stories, events, healing, earth energies, portals, elementals, historical references and ancient peoples. “Sacred Sights, Mayan Calendar, Earth Chakras and Ascension”

Saturday was an auspicious and introspective event; participants globally united our loving energies for ‘Earth Activations: Portals, Sacred Sights, Chakras of the 5th Dimension,’ from Washington, California, Arizona, British Columbia, Toronto, Norway, Glastonbury, UK and Italy.  I could feel a stadium-full of higher-evolved-beings assisting and sharing love, hope and uplifting frequencies, to maximize our global intentions. And on top of it there was the equally significant celebration of the Mayan calendar: (Well, here we are, just four days out from Saturday (the 14th) and the last day of this current calendar cycle, day number 260…13 AJAW. Yeah, we are all in high expectations for December 21st, 165 days from today but…THIS SATURDAY (July 14th our day on Mt St Helens) represents the BEGINNING of the END of this 13th B’ak’tun that began 394 years ago in 1618 AD because this week is part of the last full 260 days contained in this current 13th B’ak’tun. The next 260 day calendar cycle begins this Sunday, July 15th and this next 260-day cycle contains December 21, 2012, the BIG DAY when we start B’ak’tun number 14 and the new 144,000-day era begins. So if you’ve been wondering lately why things never seem to change, or get better, it’s because we still got our coattails stuck in the doorway of the 1600’s!!!!!!!  LAST FOUR DAYS, FRIENDS!!!  From this Sunday and on into December 21st we is gonna see some amazin’ things start to happen. BUT…FIRST we must journey together through those first 40 days and 40 nights of the new cycle, 40 days and 40 nights “in the Wilderness,” those first two Mayan 20-day Hoop months ’til Friday August 24th. And actually the dark Wilderness of Desires and temptations last a total of 52 days, 40 + 12, that ends after Tuesday, September 4th, the day after Labor Day.  And THEN we’ll all shift into high gear. We will then definitely begin to ALL FEEL IT start happening then, for sure!And THIS Saturday is the SAME DAY on the Mayan calendar, day #260, as the Harmonic Convergence of 1987. So go tell all your friends and buddies, everybody. Prayer Par-tay…on, in Love Perfect Peace…the only R-E-A-L-I-T-Y …thank God. Rich Eagle).

Going back into our deep past, our ancestors created temples to build a link between the Divine and man, the sky and earth. These initial landscape temples were based on intense electromagnetic currents and gravitational frequencies being emitted from specific locations, essentially lifting the veil, opening doorways to greater consciousness as well as uniting the peoples with integrity, ritual and dedication. These landscape temples were often in conjunction with three natural symbols of power, primarily mountains, where the gods were to have walked, danced and opened portals into various dimensions. In the center, the navel of the earth, of these three power places,  is where obelisks of intention were erected to link and communicate with the creator gods. Nature has constructed multiple natural temples globally, including our own Mt St Helens, Mt. Rainer and Mt Adams here in Washington. Drawing lines between the mountains, a triangle is instantly recognized.

These triangle images eventually were built upon the ‘navels of the earth’, into stepped pyramids, leading to large pyramidal edifices world wide. These pyramids were in direct alignment with the astrological configurations in the sky at the given time of initial construction. The sphinx in Egypt aligned with Leo in 10,000 BCE and the pyramids in Egypt to the constellation Orion, again in 10,000 BCE, a clear statement into the depth of our historical roots. Myths filtering through the eons speak of gods who sang the temples into being, the Pyramid of the Magician at Uxmal in Mexico being said to have been built in a day.

Our personal landscape pyramid temple in Washington generates a grid of energy between the mountains,  to facilitate awareness, linking us with our ancient roots, and a reuniting of  conscious perceptions; truth, honor, empowerment, right action. The trinity represents in Christianity, the father, son and holy spirit. In nature it represents creation, maintenance and destruction. Esoterically it means knowledge, wisdom-being and enlightenment. In sacred places, the trinity, triangle and pyramid, equals creative knowledge, spiritual truths and power. In governing, it speaks of truth, perfect order and justice. The mountains are the repositories of energy, divine inspiration and natural frequencies; this is where man focused attention to bring order to the chaos and alignment with divinity.

Our physical bodies contain chakras, places of power, igniting our endocrine system and electrical grid. The earth also has power centers, chakras, globally. These twelve chakras are literally placed around the earth to accentuate and accelerate global fusion, synchronicity and conscious awareness between all species. Due to our location in the time space continuum, our awareness of the seven chakras, based on 5000 years of historical evidence, usage and beliefs, has expanded to the original divine twelve chakras; humanity wasn’t prepared for the activation and responsibility until now. We lost the privilege around 9000 BCE; it’s taken nearly twelve thousand years to regain the information and knowledge.

As examples, the second chakra, the sensual and emotional center, our empathetic and clairsentience chakra, resides on mother earth in Honolulu. No big surprise, as Hawaii emits incredibly loving, sensual co-creative mana, (energy, Chi) reverberating globally. Our heart chakra, helps us transcend limits, to expand into loving humanitarian activism. The earth heart chakra, is anchored at Glasonbury England, land of ancient myths and tales, uniting the kingdoms of heaven under one loving sponsorship of cohesiveness. Arthur and the Round-table, assisted by an ascended being, Merlin, are allegorical representations of Divine Grace communicating lovingly our ability to coalesce as humankind when we align with the spiritual truths within each of us, literally interconnecting under one flag, the sign of the dragon (unity consciousness). The third chakra, the center of personal power, will and self esteem is ironically centered in South Africa, earth wise. And we wonder why we’ve had polarized conflicts for centuries? South Africa is in direct response to our inabilities to self empower, to manage our wills and empower others. The more we take personal responsibility to uplift ourselves and those around us with loving support and belief in our abilities, all the while sending regularly, loving light to the land, animals and people of South Africa will support significant global and personal transformations.

The other global chakra in need of Divine love and assistance is Afghanistan. She represents our third-eye chakra, in the center of our forehead, the center of guidance, telepathy and visionary experiences. Our impotence as humans to perceive, reach and attain connection with our intuitive selves has been stifled due to the tremendous struggle within these lands. It is time for all of us to reach out to this country with love and light to accelerate our own ascension,  facilitating immense change politically, economically and socially. This reflects the whole, the microcosm to the macracosm.

We are now residing in the fourth dimension. Enough souls moved into love and grace accelerating our frequencies and moved us out of third dimensional reality. We are moving towards the fifth dimension; (we can obtain this within the next ten to twenty years if dedicated, disciplined, determined and conscious with our actions). What this means to us daily, is an ease, grace and fluidity to life, bringing comfort and joy**, (yes like the Christmas song)  and an awareness of the greater realities and our divine link with conscious creation. It is up to each of us to participate and celebrate the rising; the twelve dimensional reality joined the God-head  when we expanded to the fourth, and a new first dimension was created as we all moved universally up the ladder of consciousness.  Move in gratitude, be in grace.

‘The Emotional Rainbow; Wearing it Like Heaven’

Emotions run deep in all of us. Even individuals who suppress their deepest desires, fears and hurts, still carry the emotional stories within their personal fabrics, woven into the very cells of the body. We’re taught as good children to be nice, caring, compassionate, kind – to not let our darker emotions get in the way or take over. I agree but only to a point.

Our darker shadow sides are here for a reason; to not only teach us the definitions and meanings of these emotional intimations, but for us to feel them, live them, embrace the ugliness, to own them, allowing us to move on. It releases the fear wrapped around possible negative outcomes associated with the characterization. The sooner we cradle them, the sooner we’re able to recognize their worth, shaking off the negative, like water from a dog’s fur, to dry off in the sun of receptivity and joy. It’s all the more fulfilling to have the comparison of the what one doesn’t want in a relationship to fully accept and be open to what one truly desires.

Opening ourselves to these fears changes our chemistry, our health. All those suppressed emotions create the stresses, duress, and illness we manifest in our bodies. Imagine if all those emotions came to the surface like molten lava from deep vents within, to erupt, flow and change composition-molten to solid, liquid to stone- negative to positive, shadow to light -how much better we’d feel. It’s in the suppression, resentment appears along with a myriad of unhealthy feelings, which keep us stuck in past programming and not in the present.

It is more difficult for individuals who are alone. They have no one to mirror their feelings, their stories and subplots to highlight their journey. The invitation is for them to participate in life, with strangers even, to see the subtleties and complexities within themselves. For those in relationships with a partner, parents, siblings, co-workers, remember each is vital to the whole, every individual is a part in your play, assisting in the fine molding of your personality and what you choose to focus upon. The ones who love you most are the ones willing to stay in the fray, voice what is from their perspective, even if it isn’t in alignment with yours, to sharply delineate your multiple characteristics, sculpting the beauty within,  fine-tuning who and what you are.

The vital and key relationships are in our lives to aid in our transformations. The ones most difficult provide the best and brightest opportunities for release, change and strength. Be grateful to those in your life willing to stand with you in the quicksand, challenge you, fight back, loving you enough to be your mirror till you finally get your part in the story, where you fit in the chapter. I married the most challenging man I’ve ever spent time with. He pushes me to the last straw till I get angry, sometimes so mad I could just throw something at him. He has brought out my warrior side, forcing me to address this shadow aspect. And he’s like an oak, strong and confident, loving me enough to push me again, till I choose to readdress the situation, taking a new direction to his heckling. And when I don’t Re-act, (Re instantly puts us in the ‘past’, reacting to prior incidents, rather than from the present) he stops the needles. I am truly stronger for this, weird as it might be. I am not afraid of confrontation, am braver, and will demonstrate my strength with love.

The key is balance. Remembering to sheath my swords is the remedy, keeping them silent and still. Knowing they are available, ready for action, is a hidden safety net of strength. When you are a willing participant in the dramas which unfold weekly, it gives you the advantage of being Pro-active, the professional in navigating the emotions within yourself. And when you do this, those suppressed emotions are no longer suppressed, but free. And you are healthy and happy as a choice.

I believe reality on earth is to demonstrate and illustrate these phenomenally, amazing colored emotions so we can step into the rainbow of life, fully capturing and wearing them like heaven.

“The Spirit of Place”

Magic happens in the woods. Electromagnetic frequencies erupting below the surface of Mt. St. Helens, Washington, emit intuitive sparks to the surface creatures; hot molten rivers of lava course through the hidden subterranean vaults oiling the tectonic plates, keeping them slippery. 

These electromagnetic currents combined with surface water create a sphere or portal for the multiverse to intersect, to converge, allowing for communication between the hidden realms of dimensions, parallel realities, time-lines and other-worldly species. It is in these truly special, unique and spiritual places we have an opportunity to align with the greater dynamic of who we are. Our ancestors intuited the electrical energies building sacred structures around the planet over the natural power points amplifying the spiritual experience for the seeker. The emotional reverence and genuine communion with the Divine has only heightened the electrical tangibility of these special global locales. Nature is the original holy space; it is here where we have the best opportunity to see beyond the veil, to discover our deepest desires, greatest strengths and intuit our connection with the grand design of the universe.

“The Perfect Day”

Have you ever taken time to break down into soundbites exactly what your ‘perfect day’ would look like? Or have you experienced that ‘perfect day’ only wishing for it to return or the feeling generated to manifest it once again?

Yesterday I was hiking at Smith Rocks State Park in central Oregon. It’s gorgeous. For a Monday it was really jamming with people from all over the country, there for the spectacular rock climbing. It was really impressive to watch various climbers dangling from the high cliffs then working their way up the craggy rock faces. As we hiked along the Crooked River, watching the birds nest building, the rapids spraying over the boulders, the fishermen, I remembered my investigation and analysis of the ‘perfect day’. I definitely had elements of ‘it’ for a lone Monday, though a few were missing.  I really think this is the most important element; find those vital pieces that mold the ‘perfect day’ and sculpt them into your weekly activities creating an on-going love affair with life!

For me, it’s being in nature and reaching into that connectivity. Second I want my family and friends to be involved. Thirdly I want physical activity. I want to extend the day into weeks – that feeling of having the day go-on-forever. And if truth be told, I would want ‘sex’ to either start or finish the day.  To be really specific, it’s skiing in the winter with perfect conditions, hiking in the warm weather to the top of a mountain, hanging with my favorite people, talking, laughing and of course having wonderful intimacy with my honey. For me, that’s the ‘perfect day’. Truth be told those ‘wonderfully-incredible special all day events happen occasionally, though those imperative, vital ingredients do get mixed into my weekly calendar.

I believe when we savor the minutes, those magical moments, true memories are created. When we literally hold ourselves accountable for acting on intuitive impulses and making the effort to create the unique and savory minutes of our lives, we generate a life worth living.  Yesterday began with intimate time my husband, a visit with my step-daughter, a beauty-rich hike in the mountains with my favorite dog and hubby, finalizing in a warm late springtime drive through the dusk-filled firs of the Cascades. My spiritual connection was amplified by all the dots lining up to create the unique day.

I invite you to identify what your ‘perfect day’ looks like, feels like, smells like and sounds like; find the elements and carve them into snippets. It’s those ‘snippets’ I want you to hold onto and bring into your life weekly if not daily. In time, they will add up till you realize your days are moving ever more closely to that ‘perfect day.’

‘In the Beginning was the Word’

Society follows language or does language follow society? I believe both are true. Language defines who we are as people; words and definitions delineate the past, define the present and sharpen the future. The key is in the awareness, focus and understanding of the hidden meanings.

English, more than any other language has a plethora of words to describe our intentions, motivations, meanings, and ideas. With over a million words to utilize, scrutinize, analyze and wrap our tongues around, we truly have the ability to fully and succinctly express our emotions and challenges, awareness and joy. However in today’s culture, the idea-infusion of a limited vocabulary as ‘cool’ or exclusion of an expanded one, poor language skills and communication incentives, society is short circuiting itself. Isn’t this ironic when we have the ability to communicate with the globe minute by minute, our ability or rather inability to express ourselves is limited to soundbites? Too many sentences are filled with the F-bomb, wrong verbiage, (literally our verbs are being killed,) inaccurate pronouns, and the  lack of emotional connectivity with the preternatural meaning attached to the specific words as they enter and move in daily communication. Is this the demise of our current society?

In the book series by George R. Martin, ‘The King of Thrones,’ he creates for the inhabitants who live near the Dothraki sea, their own language. For the HBO TV series, David Peterson was hired to build a language based on several phrases in the novels, depicting and developing the Dorthraki as a fully thriving society with their own beliefs, mannerisms and construct. What Peterson realized through the process, (he developed the language prior to the filming,) was that the society evolved as the language developed, diverged and expanded. As the words came into form, the meaning and definitions floating and coalescing into solid energy, society merged with the lexicon and expanded from each point of word/symbol creation; something like the big bang, in my view. What is so fascinating is the evolution of mankind in all layers of growth, from security to emotional relationships is based on additional words supplementing our development. As in,  ‘In the beginning was the word,’ Genesis 1; the Big Bang, the Creation Point. Imagine the spark on the fingers of Adam as he touches God in Michelangelo’s painting on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.

Bingo, bango, boom; magic and stardust and evolution begins.

I believe the Bible in all its transformations and multiple translations never lost this key ingredient and creation point; to awaken our senses to a larger understanding of the mystery and mysticism of our language and place as sentient beings in the cosmos. I believe language is another tool of discovery and discernment into who and what we are and of our origins; (we’re still in the dark on that one.)

I believe we have forgotten eons of meaning, undercurrent and tone in our language. We use the same old 500 words and call it a day. In recognizing the spiritual implications of language development and the import on society as a whole, it is motivating and inspirational to study more beneficial and stimulating words to supplement the daily vocabulary, lacing it with provocative words of deep insight, great empathy and higher vibration.

I invite you to pick up a dictionary and/or an entomology dictionary. Be the treasure seeker. You never know what gems you will polish off and reveal, initiating new found spiritual understanding.
